Choice Business College is a rapidly growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering a range of nationally recognised courses to international students. We have campuses in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.

工作介绍

Job description:

• General administration duties including handling email and telephone inquiries, filling, data entry, etc in a busy student-centered environment

• Orientation and Induction sessions including Student safety presentations etc.

• Processing and analyzing student applications and suitability

• Fostering a service-centric mindset within the team

• Maintaining electronic and hard copy student records

• Providing frontline student support and dealing with any concerns or problems that may arise

• Working closely with admissions and academic teams to ensure efficient and timely student management and stakeholder objectives

• Providing support to Senior Management, compliance and marketing team as required

• Demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and social backgrounds while having a sensitive and supportive approach

• Developing further knowledge about the administration of the student lifecycle

• Reception duties & General Housekeeping including maintenance of reception area (student services area) and boardroom.

The Pay:

Full time: $55000 annually + Super

About YOU

Skills and experience requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal

• High-level administration and organisational skills including working independently

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing tasks for completion on time

• Demonstrated effective and high-level customer relations skills

• Experience in working as part of a team

• Strong IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly regarded

• Experience working in the Education Student Services field is highly preferred

• Experience working with student management systems and/or complex databases is preferable
