Your duty will be made up to:
1. Assist Administration Manager when required
2. Claim processing. Manage claims database and issue claims paperwork to couriers.
3. Invoicing. Take label orders/payment from customers by phone and email.
4. Invoice Book Register and reconciling of invoice books on FMS
5. Answer phones as back up to Customer Service Team
6. Assist with preparing remunerations on FMS in case Administration Manager is on leave.
The idea candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Well organised with the ability to routinely prioritise well and multi-task
• Excellent personal presentation and demeanour
• Excellent Verbal Communication, telephone manner and Customer Service Skills in general
• Good Literacy / Numeracy capabilities
• Good computer literacy
• Mature, positive, ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to learn and take instruction
• Driven and accountable (Relishes the challenge of working towards a goal)
• Values the job and membership within the depot team and company as a whole.
• Good Team Player with the capacity to work collaboratively within a cohesive and supportive team environment, with a commitment to the overall task required, not the clock
• Enjoys routine, structure and some repetitive tasks
• Conscientious work ethic with a thorough application to all tasks (Takes pride in work, with reasonably high efficiency and accuracy rates once established in the role and good attention to detail)
• Comfortable working within a largely male-dominated workplace
