Aus Global Real Estate is a real estate development company based in Perth, WA. We offer a "Whole of Project" service to our clients including design, construction, real estate investment and project management services for multi-level commercial and residential projects, giving us a unique point of difference in the marketplace. As a result of our ongoing success we are seeking applications for the position of Admin/Receptionist/Contract Administrator. At Aus Global Real Estate we recognize and recruit industry professionals who excel in their career and want to join an organization that will enable them to realise their career potential. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Administrator and Administration Assistant with a positive attitude and an ability to work well within a team environment that is available for an immediate start. The contract is initially three months in length with the possibility of turning into permanent employment thereafter.

1. Receptionist / Administration Assistant:
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in the Perth office.

You will be required to perform the following tasks;

· General Administrative Duties
· Being Proficient in Excel and MS office, In-design and AI in proficiency are bonus.
· Good typing skills with an eye for attention to detail
· The receptionist is the face of the company therefore presentation is important.
· Purchasing and Requisitions
· Social Media Postings
· Maintain Business Contacts
· Assist the Business Support Team

Skills and experience:
MS Office with being proficient in Excel is a must. Good typing skills with attention to detail. Experience with Contract of Sales and knowledge of building administration is an advantage. Receptionist duties. Using initiative. Banking and mail. Good telephone manner. Answering and distributing incoming calls promptly. Ordering stationery. Outlook emails.

Experience in a similar role is preferrable.


2. Contract Administrator
Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be
· Project program;
· Project delivery;
· Project procurement;
· Subcontractor establishment;
· Meeting project cost targets;
· Delivering the project on time;
· Delivering the project on budget;
· Project quality;
· Good relationships achieved with all project stakeholders;
· Project reporting including; monthly project cost reports and cash flow forecasting
· Client management; and
· Subcontractor and supplier management.

Skills and experience:
A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. To be considered for the role you will have;

· Working experience within the commercial construction industry;
· Ability to work autonomously is essential;
· Strong negotiation skills;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Excellent mathematical and analytical skills;
· Good stakeholder management skills;
· Able to successfully meet deadlines;
· Good understanding of construction industry and different forms of construction and contracts;
· A self-starter able to work within a team environment;
· Effective time management skills; and
· A desire to embody the culture and core values of Aus Global Real Estate.
