Due to continuous growth, we are currently having a Conveyancing Assistant Position available for the right person.
工作介绍
Your Skills:
• Preparation of documents
• Liaise with clients & third parties in a professional manner
• Booking and attending settlements
• Assist senior staff
• Filling and outsidework
• Familiarity with conveyancing preferred but will train the right person
• General office duties
• Ad-hoc duties as required
The Role:
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good teamwork and time management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to deal with a busy work load and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent bilingual skills (English & Chinese), both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent client service skills and professional telephone manner
• Ability to manage workload and stick to deadlines
• Proactive and well organized with ability to manage and plan own work
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
