As WA's leading Chinese legal group, we take pride in our professional and outstanding works in the areas of Migration, Property Conveyancing and Legal Services. Due to continuous growth, we are currently having a Conveyancing Assistant Position available for the right person.

Your Skills:
• Preparation of documents
• Liaise with clients & third parties in a professional manner
• Booking and attending settlements
• Assist senior staff
• Filling and outsidework
• Familiarity with conveyancing preferred but will train the right person
• General office duties
• Ad-hoc duties as required

The Role:
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good teamwork and time management skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to deal with a busy work load and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent bilingual skills (English & Chinese), both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent client service skills and professional telephone manner
• Ability to manage workload and stick to deadlines
• Proactive and well organized with ability to manage and plan own work
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
